We are looking at supporting up to 4 projects in an ongoing manner through this site with some modest goals of giving. We have in mind to choose one in each of education, health, business and general need. We would like them to be in countries where Peace Corps volunteers may be helping, but this is not a requirement.
Our goal would be $100 per organization and help raise that amount in small donations rather than a large appeal.
We have suggestions for Kiva.org, Heifer, CARE, Doctors Without Borders, Habitat or Humanity among others. What micro projects do you feel have a great need?
